Items purchased from सादा / SAADAA are eligible for free return or exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery, and are in unused condition with original tags and the packaging bag intact.
Returning one item purchased during a combo
If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.
Example: If you purchase 2 products for ₹X and choose to return one, you will be refunded the individual product price. Similar terms and conditions apply across categories.
Exchanging for something else?
